Interview with Tsung-Dao Lee (60 minutes)

Interview with the 1957 Nobel Laureate in Physics, Tsung-Dao Lee, 9 December 2007. The interviewer is Adam Smith, Editor-in-Chief of Nobelprize.org. Tsung-Dao Lee talks about his Nobel Prize in Physics, tells the fascinating tale of how he taught himself physics when World War II interrupted his education (16:45), and how this eventually led to a scholarship at the University of Chicago, where he studied under Nobel Laureate Enrico Fermi (24:45).
