Title of diploma work: "Lifetime Measurements on InSb" (Prof. F. R. Keßler).

Thesis work about: "Galvanomagnetic Properties of Tellurium in Strong Magnetic Fields" (Ph.D. in 1972).
Habilitation in 1978.
