Comment: Jeanhenry nominated three candidates: Élie Ducommun, The Permanent International Peace Bureau and Frédéric Passy. He especially recommended Élie Ducommun as a worthy recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. Jeanhenry fully supported Henri Morel in his efforts to promote the candidacy of Ducommun, IPBP and Passy.
