Sir Winston Churchill, Britain’s Prime Minister during the Second World War, was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature 1953. The video shows scenes from his working life: Churchill speaking in Manchester, 1938; Churchill and party touring bombed buildings in London, 1940; Churchill in sun helmet in North Africa; Churchill landing in Normandy 1944, greeted by Montgomery; and Churchill walking in the garden, Chartwell, Kent.
