R. K. Pachauri, Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) delivered his Nobel Lecture on 10 December 2007 at the Oslo City Hall, Norway. He was introduced by Professor Ole Danbolt Mjřs, Chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee.
