Albert Fert Answers Questions on the NobelPrize YouTube Channel
As the second in a series of Q&A sessions with Nobel Laureates on YouTube, Albert Fert, awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics 2007 for the discovery of Giant Magnetoresistance, has answered a selection of questions on the NobelPrize YouTube channel. His answers include his explanation of spintronics, advice to students and his current research after receiving the Nobel Prize.

The 2007 Nobel Laureates met at the Bernadotte Library in Stockholm on 9 December 2007 for the traditional round-table discussion and TV show 'Nobel Minds'. The show was hosted by BBC presenter Sarah Montague. The Laureates discussed topical issues of global concern, and also answered questions submitted by visitors to BBC.co.uk and Nobelprize.org.
