Comments: | Felix Kersten was born in Estonia in the former Tzar-Russia. He died in Sweden. He was a masseur for Prins Hendrik of Netherland and later for Heinrich Himmler, the leader of SS. Kersten was not a follower of National Soscialism but feared for his own safety if he declined to work for Himmler. During the negotiations leading to the resque operation for the Scandinavian Prisoners of War Kersten participated as a negotiator. |
