The Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony takes place in Oslo City Hall on 10 December – the anniversary of Alfred Nobel’s death. At the ceremony, the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded to the Nobel Peace Prize laureates

The ceremony contains artistic performances and the speech of Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee. The 2023 Nobel Peace Prize laureate Narges Mohammadi will be represented by her children, seventeen-year-old Ali and Kiana Rahman. They will receive the diploma and gold medal and finally give the Nobel prize lecture on behalf of their imprisoned mother.

The Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony, including the Nobel Prize lecture, will be streamed live on nobelprize.org and will later be available here. A transcript of the presentation speech will be published here on 10 December 13:00 CET. Transcripts of the lecture will be published here at the same time.
