Nobel Prize Dialogue
The Future of Ageing
22 May 2019, Madrid
Nobel Laureates Finn Kydland, Edvard Moser, Edmund Phelps, Mario Vargas Llosa and Ada Yonath joined world-leading scientists, policy makers and thought leaders to put the spotlight on the future of ageing.
How long will we live in the future? How long can we afford to live? How long should we live?
These were some of the questions discussed during the Nobel Prize Dialogue in Madrid, which also put a focus on diseases of ageing such as dementia and cancer and how science can contribute to solving urgent issues.
