|Comments:||The conflict between Colombia and Peru erupted in 1932 when 300 Peruvians occupied the Leticia harbour. The jurisdiction over Leticia had been handed over from Peru to Colombia in 1922. The nominator was still Foreign Minister of Peru when he submitted the nomination (10th of February 1936). He referred to his previous nomination.|
