Prize announcement

Announcement of the 2005 Nobel Prize in Chemistry to Yves Chauvin, Robert H. Grubbs and Richard R. Schrock, presented by Professor Gunnar Öquist, Secretary General of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, on October 5, 2005.

A presentation of the prize-awarded work was held by Professor Per Ahlberg.


Interview

The announcement was followed by an interview with Professor Astrid Gräslund about the 2005 Nobel Laureates in Chemistry. Interviewer is Marika Griehsel, freelance journalist.
