Phil Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of Misfit Foods. Wong started Misfit Foods in his college kitchen to prove that delicious foods can fight climate change. A few years and a pivot later, Misfit is leading the less-meat movement with sausages and ground beef that unite meat and veggies. The average American eats around 200 pounds of meat every year and Misfit is working to hasten a plant-forward future by engaging consumers who do not or will not eat vegetarian “meat” products. Wong is a Halcyon Fellow and was named to the 2018 list of Forbes 30 Under 30.
